Shipping

Shipping typically takes 5-14 days depending on the size and location. Once your payment is received you will receive an email notification for your shipping information.

Custom Orders and Returns

Customers and Clients acknowledge that any custom garments or accessories are orders produced specifically for the client, and therefore all custom order sales are final. In the event of a fit or quality issue, your garments will be altered until satisfactory, and if necessary the product will be remade. There are no refunds on any custom or special order clothing. Alterations to garment(s) ordered must be completed within a 30 day period from the date the garments are delivered to the client. After this 30 day period, the client is responsible for any and all alterations made to the garment. Remakes take 2-4 weeks, same as standard production. Customers have 24 hours from the time of sale to cancel or change their orders.

In-stock, ready-to-wear, and non-custom items may be exchanged for other merchandise or returned in its original condition for a store credit or refund. Only undamaged items are eligible for full refund. The return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging as received.

Terms and Conditions

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices I charge for using my services / for the products are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change my prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
